Jewelry repair service

I contacted OM via Whatsapp to enquire about a necklace I wanted to buy for my daughter's birthday. Heather was very helpful! She sent me photos of what they had left in stock, and reassured me that I would receive it in a few days (I live in Adelaide). I placed the order online, and soon after, Heather contacted me again to let me know she was booking the courier. She sent me a tax invoice right away, and soon after, tracking info. She also asked me to contact her once received...which indicated to me that she cared about me as a customer, even after the sale. I received the necklace the next day, and I was so happy with the product! The quality was obvious as soon as I opened the box. Everything was well packaged, gift wrapped, and even came with a beautiful gift bag! All round impressed! Thank you OM! Thank you, Heather! I'll be back ;)

Incredible service and quality of work. Had my wedding ring resized. Did the initial cut whilst I was there to get the size right, then the ring was ready the next day. Flawless work and priced very reasonably.

Awful service. I entered the empty store with my fiance to purchase a necklace and we were completely ignored by BOTH staff members “working”(sitting) there. We browsed for several minutes and when i mentioned to my fiance i had found something I liked, still no assisstance was offered. Both staff members were well within ear shot but apparently completely uninterested in providing service to us. This was once my favourite jeweller but no more. We won’t be back.

Good jewellery store and I have spent over $1000 there in a few transactions, but......... I had the misfortune of being served on two separate occasions by a shop assistant (blonde lady) who is rude, unfriendly, very unhelpful and so obviously hates dealing with customers.
