Had my grandmother's 18ct engagement ring made bigger just before Christmas. Noticed last night that the join had split and it looks as though, instead of adding more gold, they have just stretched the existing ring and made it weaker and thinner. Very dissatisfied.After reading some other reviews, it seems that they take no responsibility for shoddy workmanship, so I will be taking it to a lovely jeweller in Warwick shopping centre to have the job done properly.

The diamond fell out of my 32 year old engagement ring. They fixed it back up and cleaned and polished my wedding set so they look like new again. And all done with a smile and remembering my name!! Thanks for your wonderful service.

I had a fantastic experience today dropping off my favourite 18K gold chain that had a broken hook. They fixed on the same day as I was shopping and the job is perfect. Special thanks to the jeweller Fatima for the flawless job. Pleasant and professional staff. I strongly recommend!
