Incredible service and quality of work. Had my wedding ring resized. Did the initial cut whilst I was there to get the size right, then the ring was ready the next day. Flawless work and priced very reasonably.

From an old Diamond ring, had 3 different rings with Excellent design. Love them all.

Excellent and professional Jeweller.I had a custom designed ring and the Jeweller was able to accomodate the design to his personal style, making the ring band and gem settings thicker to provide better security and quality of the ring for the long term. Their other pieces in the store are amazing too!I’ve had a necklace repaired here too that came back to me in a higher quality condition than I was hoping for when I left it to be repaired.Great experience :)

What a great guy Sam is! I approached another local jewellery repair crew and instead of them just telling me that they only fix silver or gold jewellery [mine is made of another metal], they patronised me by telling me that they could not use silver solder and I would need to find someone that uses lead solder! Number one - I am sure your average person is aware that lead is poisonous and you should not be directly against your skin! Number two - I completed a jewellery metalwork unit at high school and we used silver solder to weld non-silver parts of the jewellery we made, together! I will be writing to them to give them some feedback about not treating your customers like idiots! But back to Sam :-) I explained that my necklace was not silver or gold but had great sentimental value to me. I told him what the previous jeweller had said, but he told me to bring the necklace in and see what he could do. He was able to remove a broken piece and balance it by removing a piece on the opposite side, but so well that it looks like it should be like that :-) He was then able to use silver loops to make it more secure in the remaining parts. He charged me a very reasonable $50 and got the job done in less than 24 hours :-) He also showed us a ring he had made for another customer. It was incredible and when he told us the price, I was stunned that he could make it for such a reasonable price. He is amazing at bringing to life people's ideas and is so passionate about his work - even his son was passionate, explaining what his father does! Emessa are a proud and ethical, family-owned business with a highly creative and skilled artisan at the helm. I would recommend Sam/Emessa highly for all jewellery repairs and if you want something bespoke but at a much more reasonable price than your average jewellery store would demand :-) Thank you, Sam - you are a legend :-)

My wife's ring was beautifully remodelled. The craftsmanship is first class and we would highly recommend this jeweller.
